Dak Lak has 100 candidates participating in the National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2024 school year

According to information from the Department of Education and Training, Dak Lak province has 100 candidates participating in the National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the 2024-2025 school year.

Candidates are students from 4 schools (Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted, Hong Duc High School, Buon Ho High School, Dong Du Middle School and High School) taking the exam in the subjects: Mathematics, Information Technology, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature, History, Geography, English, French.

The national high school excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year was held at 68 examination councils nationwide on December 25 and 26, with 6,482 candidates registering to take the exam (an increase of 663 candidates compared to the 2023-2024 school year) in 13 subjects.

Provincial leaders' representatives awarded certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education and Training to students who won prizes at the National High School Excellent Student Competition for the 2023-2024 school year.

This is the first year that the Ministry of Education and Training has applied the method of transporting exam questions through the Government Cipher Committee's system nationwide. The exam results are expected to be announced at the end of January 2025.

In the 2023-2024 school year, Dak Lak students won 60 national excellent student awards, including: 3 first prizes (Physics, Chemistry, Geography), 10 second prizes, 22 third prizes, 25 consolation prizes; continuing to be in the top of the provinces in the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions in terms of national excellent high school student achievements.
