According to the Organizing Committee, in 2024, there will be 70 qualified nominations for the Army GMTTB Award (an increase of 18 applications compared to 2023). It can be affirmed that the 10 GMTTB and 60 GMTTV selected this year are the most outstanding examples, representing hundreds of thousands of union members and youths in the entire army in all fields of work of the Army; closely selected by the Ministry of National Defense Council.

Among the 10 GMTTB of the entire army in 2024, there are 5 faces in the fields of training, combat readiness and combat; 2 faces in the fields of study, teaching, scientific research; 2 comrades in the field of labor production and 1 face in the field of culture, literature, arts, and journalism.
