The joint training included the Army, Police, Militia and Self-Defense Forces and the Air Force flying a salute. The joint training program consisted of two parts: the Party and State's rituals and ceremonies and the parade. The forces participating in the second joint training exercise followed the plan, ensuring the set goals, creating a basis for the units to continue training to best prepare for the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Commenting on the second training session, General Nguyen Tan Cuong praised the spirit, responsibility and results achieved by the marching and marching groups during the training session. The Chief of the General Staff emphasized: Despite the hot weather conditions, the comrades overcame difficulties, determined to practice, achieving better results and quality than the previous training session.

General Nguyen Tan Cuong requested that the groups continue to practice hard, overcome shortcomings, improve quality, and prepare best for the upcoming celebration; at the same time, remind comrades participating in the parade to pay attention to hand and face movements to be precise and beautiful.

General Nguyen Tan Cuong emphasized that the people of the whole country are looking forward to the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, especially the parade of the armed forces, so we must not disappoint the people's expectations; the forces must overcome all difficulties to excellently complete their tasks.

General Nguyen Tan Cuong reminded the flight crews to ensure reasonable distance, speed, and spacing; at the same time, carefully check the national flag hanging on the helicopter. The Chief of the General Staff also requested agencies and units to carefully check the weapons and equipment of the parade and marching forces; check the technical condition of the aircraft, ensuring absolute safety; at the same time, request the units to ensure the health of the troops.

General Nguyen Tan Cuong directed the Military Medical Department to organize medical teams along the parade route to ensure the health of the parade force; directed Military Region 7 to coordinate with Ho Chi Minh City authorities to install large screens along the routes so that people and tourists can watch the celebration live.

After the training session, General Nguyen Tan Cuong kindly visited, encouraged and presented gifts to the soldiers participating in the parades. On this occasion, Military Region 7 and the People's Committee of Dong Nai province also presented gifts and encouraged the forces participating in the parades.
