Vietnamese Embassy in Kuwait proposes initiatives to enhance ASEAN cooperation with host country

The meeting was attended by Ambassadors and representatives of embassies of 9 ASEAN countries operating in Kuwait.

The important highlight of this meeting is to unify the ACK's program of activities in the coming time, as well as to exchange some information on GCC-ASEAN regional cooperation and events organized by the Embassies of ASEAN member countries in Kuwait.

Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Duc Thang proposed five initiatives during his term as Chairman to further promote ACK's activities.

At the meeting, Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Duc Thang proposed five initiatives during his term as Chairman to further promote ACK’s activities. These initiatives focus on enhancing cooperation between ASEAN countries and Kuwait in areas such as business, trade, culture, tourism, sports , etc., while fostering solidarity among the Association’s member countries.

Vietnam's proposals received active support from the participating Ambassadors and Chargé d'Affaires. The meeting agreed to discuss and deepen the initiatives of the Vietnamese Embassy during the implementation process to bring about practical effectiveness, contributing to maintaining the positive image of ACK in particular and promoting the ASEAN community in general in Kuwait.
