US Ambassador to Vietnam offers incense at Kim Lien National Special Relic Site

The delegation expressed their respect to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese people. He devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation of the Vietnamese people, tirelessly striving for peace and progress in the world. President Ho Chi Minh was honored by UNESCO as a national liberation hero and an outstanding cultural figure.

Next, the delegation visited President Ho Chi Minh's paternal hometown and listened to the tour guides explain about President Ho Chi Minh's hometown, family, childhood, life and career.

Vietnam and the United States established a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for peace, cooperation and sustainable development, during talks between General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and President Biden on September 10 in Hanoi.

This historic event is expected to bring great benefits to the two countries, creating an "open corridor" for economic cooperation between the two countries.
