Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company of Vietnam (Dai-ichi Life Vietnam) has just been honored with the title of "Sustainable Development Enterprise" at the Golden Dragon Award Ceremony 2024, organized by Vietnam Economic Magazine - VnEconomy - Vietnam Economic Times in collaboration with the Foreign Investment Agency - Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Hai Phong City Convention Center.
An annual event initiated in 2001, within the framework of the Vietnam Development Bridge Forum, the Golden Dragon Award 2024 has honored 50 outstanding FDI enterprises that have made many contributions to the development of the country's green and sustainable economy.

In the challenging market context in 2023, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam is one of the few life insurance companies achieving a profit after tax of more than VND 2,430 billion, total revenue of over VND 19,550 billion, increasing the Company's market share to 12.5%. With equity of VND 9,800 billion and total assets of nearly VND 67,000 billion, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam is in the Top 3 largest foreign life insurance companies and has the best business performance in Vietnam. According to information from the General Department of Taxation, the Company is one of the enterprises that fulfills its tax obligations to the State well, ranking 59th out of 1,000 largest tax-paying enterprises in Vietnam in 2022.
Always committed to bringing customers superior benefits and practical values, in 2023, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam paid insurance benefits of VND 4,600 billion for more than 350,000 cases, bringing the total amount of insurance benefits paid to over VND 19,500 billion for more than 1.7 million cases in the past 16 years.
