The first Congress of the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee

On March 25, the Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. This is one of three units under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee selected to hold a model congress, a model for replication in grassroots Party cells and committees.

The Party Cell of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee was established in February 2025 with 5 Party cells and a total of 28 Party members. This is a core political cell, directly under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, directly participating in leading the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; developing and implementing policies and tasks of the entire Party Committee...

Although newly established, with the collective's strong leadership, the Party cell has made constant efforts to overcome difficulties in the initial stage of organization, implementing the direction of specialized agencies, advising and assisting the Party Committee, and socio-political organizations under the Party Committee to improve the organization and personnel, and put their activities into order. The ideological situation of cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers is stable, initially completing well the political tasks of the Party Committee and the Party building work of the Party cell.

The Party Cell has strictly complied with the regulations of the Party and the State, implemented the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, individual responsibility, working regulations and been proactive in leading, directing, orienting, and concretizing the policies and directions of the Central Committee, Provincial Party Committee, and Party Committee in accordance with the tasks and powers; promoted intelligence, dynamism, creativity, led Party members to overcome difficulties, and strived to fulfill assigned duties and tasks.

The Party Committee has actively innovated leadership and direction, identified key tasks to focus on, and prevented the leadership and direction of the Party Cell from being interrupted or missing tasks. Cadres and Party members of the departments have promoted a sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity in advising on the implementation of political tasks, improving operational efficiency.

At the congress, delegates focused on discussing and participating in the Political Report; the action program to implement the Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, they discussed and contributed many in-depth opinions to the draft documents of the higher-level congress.

This demonstrated the solidarity and determination to continue to further improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee.
