With the spirit of urgent, serious and highly responsible work, the Congress discussed and approved the documents of the Congress, elected the Executive Committee of the 4th term, 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Trong Dien, Director of the Department of Health, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam - France Friendship Association of Quang Ninh province, term IV, 2025-2030 term.
