In the 2019 - 2024 term, the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations of Tua Chua district have made efforts and responsibilities to overcome difficulties, actively innovate the content and methods of operation. Effectively implementing 5 action programs and achieving 11/12 targets set out in the Resolution of the 20th Congress. The great national unity bloc continues to be consolidated, strengthened, expanded and promoted; patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, activities to care for the poor and social security work; "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" have developed extensively. Activities of supervision, social criticism, Party building, and Government building have been effective, practical and in-depth. The methods of operation of the Fatherland Front system at all levels have many innovations; coordination of activities with State agencies and member organizations has become increasingly close, synchronous and effective.

Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", during the term, the Mobilization Committee of the Fund "For the Poor" at all levels in Tua Chua district mobilized 1.5 billion VND (an increase of more than 900 million VND compared to the previous term). Received more than 48.5 billion VND allocated by the Central and the province to support the construction and repair of 955 solidarity houses (with nearly 43 billion VND) for poor households; visited and presented 2,751 gifts worth over 1.2 billion VND to the poor... Implementing the Project to mobilize support for building solidarity houses for poor households in Dien Bien province towards the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tua Chua district called for support for building solidarity houses with the amount of 176 million VND; received and allocated funds to build 430 houses for poor households. By January 31, 2024, 100% of the houses will be completed and handed over for use.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the 21st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tua Chua district, term 2024 - 2029, is determined to "Promote the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; build the great solidarity bloc of ethnic groups; participate in building a clean and strong Party and government; innovate, create, improve operational efficiency, practice democracy, strengthen social consensus, determined to build Tua Chua district to be increasingly developed, rich, beautiful and civilized".

The Congress elected 50 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district for the 21st term, 2024-2029. At the first conference, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district for the 21st term elected 3 members to join the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district. Ms. Vi Thu Hang holds the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district for the 21st term, 2024-2029. The Congress also elected 13 delegates to attend the 13th Provincial Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front.

On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 12 collectives and 18 individuals with achievements in implementing Front work in the period 2019 - 2024.
