The 8th Congress of the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Vinh Phuc branch, term 2025 - 2030

On the morning of April 12, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) Vinh Phuc branch held the 8th Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending and directing the congress was comrade Nguyen Minh Phuong, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Members of Agribank.

On behalf of the Party Committee of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch, there were comrade Ngo Ngoc Tu, member of the Executive Committee of Agribank Party Committee, Party Secretary, Director of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch; members of the Party Committee Executive Committee and 88 delegates representing 203 party members from 12 affiliated party cells.

During the past term, the Party Committee of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch has closely followed and seriously implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Members of Agribank, effectively implementing business tasks in the context of many difficulties and challenges.

Regarding Party building work, the rate of Party members completing their tasks well reached over 95%, 80 new Party members were admitted, and the Party Committee "Excellently completed its tasks" for 3 consecutive years.

Regarding the implementation of political tasks, Agribank Vinh Phuc branch has performed well the task of providing capital for agriculture, rural areas, promoting agricultural and rural development, and supporting enterprises in effective production and business.

Delegates vote to elect the Party Executive Committee of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch for the 2025 - 2030 term.

As of February 28, the total capital of the entire branch was VND14,314 billion, an increase of VND3,800 billion compared to the beginning of the term. Outstanding loans reached VND17,550 billion, an increase of VND1,500 billion compared to the beginning of the term. The average growth of capital reached over 12%/year, outstanding loans were nearly 16%/year. The bad debt ratio was at the permissible level, according to the regulations of the State Bank.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Nguyen Minh Phuong highly appreciated the results that the Party Committee of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch achieved in the past term. He emphasized that the Party Committee of Agribank needs to build business targets suitable to the actual situation, creating motivation for the entire branch to break through and develop.

Especially in a dynamic province like Vinh Phuc, facing fluctuations in tariffs with the US in the export sector and the shift of administrative centers due to provincial mergers, more flexible business solutions are needed to achieve the set goals.

He believes that the new Party Executive Committee and its members will promote their spirit and responsibility, leading Agribank Vinh Phuc branch to many new victories.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades. The Party Executive Committee held its first meeting to elect the Secretary, Deputy Secretary and the Party Committee Inspection Committee. Comrade Ngo Ngoc Tu was elected to hold the position of Party Secretary of Agribank Vinh Phuc branch for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Congress also elected a delegation to attend the 11th Agribank Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Congress unanimously approved the Congress Resolution for the 2025 - 2030 term.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 8th Congress of Agribank Party Committee, Vinh Phuc branch, term 2025 - 2030 was a great success.
