On July 30, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Provincial Branch Youth Union organized the 8th Youth Union Congress for the 2024-2027 term. This is the unit directed by the Provincial Agencies Youth Union Executive Committee to organize the Youth Union Congress at the block level for the 2024-2027 term.

The Youth Union of the State Bank of Vietnam Provincial Branch was established on May 22, 2006 under the decision of the Youth Union of the Provincial Banking Sector. The Youth Union currently has 23 members, accounting for 45% of the total number of officers and civil servants of the State Bank of Vietnam Provincial Branch.

In the 2022-2024 term, the Youth Union and youth movement of the SBV Provincial Branch always received the attention and close direction of the Party Committee, SBV agencies, and the superior Youth Union; the Youth Union members actively participated in the movements, programs, and activities organized and launched by the Youth Union. Thanks to that, in the 2022-2024 term, the Youth Union has completed and exceeded 7 targets set by the congress resolution.
Ideological education and traditional education are organized regularly. The content and form of the Youth Union activities are gradually innovated, basically meeting the needs of cadres and members. The role of the Youth Union in the activities of the agency is affirmed, contributing to the successful implementation of the unit's political tasks.
Movements and activities were successfully organized with quality and content that ensured the purpose and requirements. The implementation of major movements of the Union achieved many important results. During the term, volunteer activities for community life; movements to accompany young people in establishing their careers; pioneering socio-economic development; and the care and education of children were well implemented.
The Youth Union has successfully implemented the program "Helping children go to school", volunteer activities, social security, giving 101 gifts to poor students, students in especially difficult circumstances; supporting giving Tet gifts to families with meritorious services, poor households... with a total budget of over 70 million VND. The movement "Creative Youth" has been actively researched, explored and proposed initiatives and improvements to improve work efficiency.

During the term, the Youth Union members had 29 initiatives in professional fields; many initiatives were highly appreciated, rewarded, and applied in work by the agency... With the achieved results, every year the Youth Union and many individual members are rewarded by the Youth Union of the Provincial, Sectoral, and Agency Blocs.
The Congress directly elected the Secretary of the Youth Union; the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the State Bank of Vietnam, Provincial Branch, term VIII, 2024-2027, consisting of 3 comrades.
