The Party Cell of the Department of Research and Vocational Training currently has 15 active Party members, including 10 senior inspectors, 04 main inspectors and 01 inspector. Although the Party Cell was newly established, the attention and close direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency has helped the Party Cell gradually stabilize and operate in an orderly manner.

The Congress of the Party Cell of the Department of Research and Vocational Training for the 2025-2027 term has the task of determining the direction, goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2027 term. Accordingly, the Party Cell focuses on leading the implementation of the unit's political tasks well; leading Party members to perform assigned duties and responsibilities; advising the Politburo's Advisory Committee and the Secretariat to develop regulations, guidelines, and summary reports to ensure quality and progress according to regulations; advising on amending and supplementing regulations, rules, projects, and reports according to the approved Work Program and under the direction of competent authorities; innovating methods and further improving the quality of training and fostering management work for cadres and civil servants of the Party Inspection Sector; building the Party Cell to achieve the title of "Excellent clean, strong Party Cell", etc.

At the Congress, delegates discussed and agreed with the Report on directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2027 term, discussed a number of solutions to improve the quality of Party cell activities, strengthen and be proactive in staff work, and successfully complete assigned tasks. At the same time, they contributed opinions to the draft documents of the Party Congress of the Agency for the 2025-2030 term and the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Comrade Hoang Van Tra, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Inspection Commission, gave a speech directing the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Hoang Van Tra, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agency, highly appreciated the Party Cell's proposal of specific directions, tasks, solutions, and targets, in accordance with the practical situation and assigned political tasks. Comrade Hoang Van Tra suggested: Immediately after the Congress, the Party Cell should quickly develop the Working Regulations and action plan to implement the Resolution of the Party Cell in the new term to ensure the comprehensive completion of the directions and targets set out in the Resolution. With the spirit of innovation, the Party Cell's Party Committee strengthens leadership and direction, strictly implements the principles of democratic centralism, solidarity, unanimity, does a good job of political and ideological work, and motivates cadres and party members to promote their capacity to perform well the assigned tasks. Each cadre and party member in the Party Cell must constantly study, practice their qualities and ethics, improve their professionalism, be proactive, and actively apply information technology and digital transformation in research and training.

The Party Committee of the Department of Research and Vocational Training for the 2025-2027 term was introduced to the Congress.

At the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Agency's Party Committee announced the Decision to approve the Party Cell Executive Committee of the Department of Research and Vocational Training, including 3 comrades: Tran Quoc Hung, Nguyen Thi Ngoc and Nguyen Thi Tuoi; appointed comrade Tran Quoc Hung, Director of the Department of Research and Vocational Training, to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary, comrade Nguyen Thi Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department, to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary. The Congress elected a delegation to attend the Agency's Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, including 06 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates.
