Reporting at the Congress, Secretary of the Editorial Secretariat Party Cell Nguyen Thi Hai Yen said that in the 2022 - 2025 term, the Party Cell has always maintained solidarity, consensus, and unity in perception and action. All Party members have a firm stance, are loyal and have absolute trust in the Party's leadership, strictly implementing the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State. The Party Cell has been active and serious in disseminating, implementing, and studying the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels; building the Party Cell's action program, disseminating and creating conditions for Party members in the Party Cell to participate in studying and disseminating the Party's Resolutions; and at the same time, disseminating the implementation of Party documents and Resolutions in performing professional tasks.

In the context of the Party Congresses at all levels taking place, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party, associated with the arrangement and streamlining of the organization and apparatus of the political system, creating momentum for the country to firmly enter a new era - the era of national development, the Party Cell determined that this is a broad political activity within the entire Party, the entire people, the entire army and the entire political system of the country, focusing on propaganda for Party members to raise their vigilance, proactively update information promptly, accurately and objectively to serve the implementation of political tasks in accordance with the principles and purposes of the People's Representative Newspaper.

Regarding the main directions and tasks of the 2025-2027 term, the Party Cell of the Editorial Secretariat determined: to build a Party work program in accordance with the assigned professional tasks, close to the practical situation. In particular, focusing on the leadership of implementing political tasks and Party building work associated with implementing the task of building and rectifying the Party in accordance with the spirit of the Central Committee's resolutions and directives; Resolution of the Party Committee of the People's Representative Newspaper. The direction and action plan of the Party Cell is in accordance with the principles, purposes, functions and tasks of the People's Representative Newspaper; the direction and orientation of the Party Committee, ensuring the information and propaganda work in the right direction on the printed products of the People's Representative Newspaper. Improve the quality of Party Cell activities, strictly implement the principles in Party building work. Grasp the ideological situation and results of performing the tasks of each Party member. Timely commend exemplary party members and resolutely and severely handle party members with limited political ideology.

Speaking at the Congress, Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper Pham Thi Thanh Huyen affirmed that the Editorial Secretariat Party Cell is one of the Party Cells that plays a particularly important role in the organizational structure of the Newspaper, with the function of coordinating content, organizing publication, ensuring information discipline, especially in the context of the Newspaper increasingly participating deeply in the flow of political information, parliaments and digital transformation of journalism.

Praising and appreciating the results of the Party Cell of the Editorial Secretariat in the past term, the Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper stated that the Party Cell has maintained the Party's lifestyle, closely linking Party building work with professional tasks; promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of each Party member in managing and publishing printed newspapers, electronic newspapers and specialized publications. At the same time, the Party Cell has always been exemplary in implementing resolutions and directives of the superior Party Committee, proactively advising on many effective solutions to improve content quality and ensure publication progress.

To better perform the political tasks of the Party Cell in the coming term, the Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper suggested that the Party Cell Secretariat continue to maintain its core role in ensuring information discipline, improving the quality of editing, organizing content, mastering technology and being flexible in digital content management. Promote Party building, considering this a key task; maintain the Party Cell's routine, enhance self-criticism and criticism, and promote the pioneering role of Party members in all aspects of work. Proactively advise on innovation in the publishing process, applying technology and artificial intelligence in organizing manuscripts and publishing digital platforms; at the same time, ensuring safety, accuracy and responsiveness in publishing operations, especially during major political events of the National Assembly.

The Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper believes that with the spirit of democracy, intelligence, and responsibility, the Congress of the Editorial Secretariat Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term will be a great success, electing a new Party Cell Executive Committee with enough heart, vision, and talent to lead the Party Cell to excellently complete all assigned tasks.

The Congress elected the Party Cell Committee of the Editorial Secretariat for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of 3 comrades. Of which, comrade Nguyen Thi Hai Yen was re-elected as Secretary, comrade Duong Anh Hien held the position of Deputy Secretary and comrade Phan Thi Hong Hanh was a member of the Party Cell Committee.
