Reporting at the Congress, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Current Affairs - Politics Department Pham Thi Thanh Tam said that during the 2022 - 2025 term, under the unified and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Party Committee of the People's Representative Newspaper, the Party Cell focused on leading cadres, party members, and the masses in the Department to successfully complete political tasks according to the Resolution of the Congress of the grassroots Party Committee of the People's Representative Newspaper for the 2020 - 2025 term and the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the 2022 - 2025 term.

The Party Cell has been active, proactive, and serious in thoroughly grasping, implementing, and studying the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels; developing the Party Cell's action program, thoroughly grasping, and creating conditions for Party members in the Party Cell to participate in studying and thoroughly grasping the Party's Resolutions; and proactively grasping, concretizing the implementation of Party documents and resolutions in performing professional tasks.

Looking back at the past term, it can be seen that the Party Cell has led and directed the entire Board to fully and effectively implement the work plan and successfully complete the assigned tasks as well as other tasks assigned by the Party Committee - Editorial Board Leadership.
