Dien Bien TV - On the morning of March 26, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee held the 4th Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. This is the Congress selected by the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies to organize a model congress. Attending the Congress were Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Comrade Lo Van Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Mua A Vang, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies.

During the past term, the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee led the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee to effectively perform its advisory function and propose to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to synchronously and effectively handle tasks related to internal affairs; preventing and combating corruption, negativity and judicial reform.

Specifically, it proposed to handle and resolve 4 cases, 3 incidents, 3 urgent and prominent issues according to regulations; completed 9 inspections and 5 supervisions of 15 Party organizations on internal affairs and anti-corruption and negativity; advised the Party Committee on solutions to improve the effectiveness of citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement. During the term, nearly 250 complaints and denunciations were received and handled; advised on handling 50 petitions and letters with important and complicated content.

Delegates vote to elect the Executive Committee of the new Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

The Party cell sets out 6 specific goals; 7 key tasks and 6 main solutions to organize and implement in the 2025 - 2030 term. The general and key goal is to effectively advise on internal affairs; prevent and combat corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform.

Speaking at the Congress, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mua A Son congratulated the results and achievements of the Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department during the past term. In the coming term, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Cell to continue to do a good job of political and ideological education for cadres and party members to fully understand the role, significance and importance of the Party's Internal Affairs work in the new situation; proactively grasp the situation at the grassroots level, closely coordinate with relevant agencies to advise the Party Committee to lead and direct internal affairs work; prevent and combat corruption, waste and negativity; build a Party Cell that is strong in politics and ideology; uphold the principle of democratic centralism; actively innovate leadership methods, improve the quality and effectiveness of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, etc.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Party Cell for the 4th term, consisting of 5 comrades; elected the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell. Comrade Chu Xuan Truong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, continued to be elected by the Congress as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
