Reporting at the Congress, Secretary of the Electronic Department Party Cell Nguyen Le Thuy emphasized that in the 2022 - 2025 term, the Electronic Department faces great tasks and challenges in continuing to innovate the organizational structure of the People's Representative Newspaper; building a team of increasingly professional, proficient, and steadfast cadres, reporters, and editors; continuing to expand propaganda content related to socio -economic life and issues of concern to voters.

At the same time, continue to innovate technical infrastructure, website management, electronic newsrooms and digital transformation; continue to develop and improve forms of electronic journalism such as: Talkshow, Seminar, Multimedia...; build and develop social network information on the platforms of tiktok, facebook, youtube; increase information density and content in all fields; actively coordinate and promote press economic activities.

The Party cell also regularly disseminates the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. In particular, it focuses on deepening issues related to press activities, journalism expertise and skills, training journalists' mettle and ethics; and focuses on issues related to the organization and protection of the Party's ideological foundation.

The Party Cell of the People's Deputies Electronic Committee also always closely follows the requirements of the National Assembly Leaders, the National Assembly Office Leaders, the Party Committee, and the Newspaper's Board of Directors. The information and propaganda work of the Electronic Newspaper continues to develop strongly, organizing rich, diverse, in-depth, and professional content; improving the quality of correct, beautiful, and attractive presentation; ensuring that the editorial updates of news, articles, photos, and videos are fast, accurate, and authentic, in line with the principles and purposes of the People's Deputies Newspaper.

Reporters and editors in the Electronic Department also actively participated and won many prestigious press awards. In 2022, the Electronic Department won 2 press awards including: B Prize of the "75th Anniversary of the National Assembly of Vietnam" Press Award, and Encouragement Prize of the Science and Technology Award. In 2023, reporters, editors, and secretaries of the Electronic Department won 7 press awards and 1 Certificate of Merit from the Ministry and industry; including C Prize of the 17th National Press Award; Encouragement Prize of the 7th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award; C Prize of the National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Council (Dien Hong Award)... In 2024, the Electronic Department won 3 press awards, including B Prize of the National Press Award on the National Assembly and People's Council (Dien Hong Award for the 3rd time)...

In addition to the encouraging results, the Party Cell of the People's Delegation Electronic Committee also seriously acknowledged some limitations that need to be overcome in the coming term. At the same time, it determined the directions, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2027 term.

According to Party Secretary and Editor-in-Chief of the People's Representative Newspaper Pham Thi Thanh Huyen, the Electronic Department is one of the core units, playing a strategic role in the propaganda and information work of the People's Representative Newspaper, especially in the context of the strong digital transformation of the press, the trend of multimedia journalism and digital media increasingly dominates the national information and communication life.

Firstly , strongly innovate the content and form of propaganda, build in-depth electronic press works with widespread power, clearly demonstrating the identity of political, parliamentary and legislative affairs.

Second , proactively apply artificial intelligence, big data, digital interactive design, smart images and graphics, and enhance user experience on online newspapers.

The Congress elected the Party Committee of the Electronics Department for the 2025-2027 term, consisting of three comrades: Nguyen Le Thuy, Vu Thi Hong Hanh and Le Ngoc Tu. The Congress also elected comrade Nguyen Le Thuy as Party Cell Secretary and comrade Vu Thi Hong Hanh as Deputy Party Cell Secretary for the 2025-2027 term.
