In addition, Hanoi National University has 4 new majors: Bachelor of Multinational Culture and Communication of the University of Foreign Languages; Bachelor of Creative Design of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences; 2 engineering majors of Vietnam - Japan University: Food Technology and Health, Mechatronic Engineering.
Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc shared: "The above majors are all related to the field of technology engineering to meet the needs of the 4.0 industrial revolution and contemporary life. Hanoi National University has carefully surveyed and believes that these majors will have good attraction in this year's enrollment season. Along with the newly opened majors, many facilities of Hanoi National University have been upgraded such as the Faculty of Law to the University of Law or the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Sciences also has the orientation to become an interdisciplinary university of innovation...".
To attract candidates to choose Basic Science majors (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry...), Hanoi National University continues to have special policies for candidates studying this major such as: Full tuition support, 2 million VND/month support and dormitory accommodation so that students have the conditions to pursue and nurture their passion.
Basically, Hanoi National University will maintain the same admission methods as last year, including: Admission based on high school graduation exam results; admission based on competency assessment test results; admission based on international exam results and certificates combined with high school transcripts; admission of students from specialized schools and high schools under Hanoi National University.
The new point about the admission method this year of Hanoi National University is that the quota ratio for the capacity assessment method can be increased; recognizing the results of the capacity assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University in admission and vice versa; continuing to use VSTEP certificate for admission to the University of Foreign Languages.
If in 2022, Hanoi National University has nearly 2,000 students studying at the new Hoa Lac campus, in 2023, according to the registration of affiliated campuses, there will be nearly 7,000 students studying here. In order to promote the advantages of landscape and facilities at Hoa Lac campus, Hanoi National University has built a comprehensive educational program for students so that in addition to training well in professional skills and foreign language skills, students can also participate in experiential activities, extracurricular activities, physical activities... thereby perfecting soft skills, confidently integrating and meeting the requirements of life.
