At a recent working session with the National Economics University, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province, said that the province will reserve 40 hectares of clean land in Nam Cao University Area and allocate 800 billion VND from the local budget to support the National Economics University to build a second branch in Ha Nam province.
The province will accompany and support the school in procedures, premises, design consultancy, planning... to build branch 2 in Ha Nam.

In addition, the province also invested in building social housing near the school for teachers to rent or buy. Students studying in Nam Cao University will have the opportunity to practice right in the industrial parks in the area.
Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Chuong, Director of the National Economics University, said that when the second branch of the University comes into operation, this will be a good opportunity for students to experience both research at the school and practice at factories in the province. The University is committed to promptly carrying out the necessary procedures to implement the investment in building the second branch at Nam Cao University Area.
Nam Cao University is located in Duy Tien town and Phu Ly city, about 50km from Hanoi. With an area of over 750 hectares, this area can accommodate 50,000 students, 4,000 lecturers and about 30,000 urban residents.
