TPO - National Economics University has just announced the 2025 Enrollment Plan. Accordingly, the school opens 2 new majors, and basic enrollment methods are kept stable.
According to the announcement of the National Economics University, in 2025, it is expected to enroll 73 majors/programs with 89 training programs. Of which, there are expected to be 2 new programs: Labor Relations and International Trade Law. The total quota and the quota ratio for each method will be announced later.
The school enrolls students in 3 ways: Direct admission, Admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam results, and Combined admission.
Regarding the entrance threshold, for the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, the expected entrance threshold is 20 points, including priority points.
The National Economics University will make a specific announcement after the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam are available. For the combined admission method, the entry threshold is the application submission condition of each subject in each combined admission group.
National Economics University notes that the school does not organize preliminary selection and does not apply additional criteria in admission other than the regulations in the Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and of the National Economics University.
Candidates should update information when there are changes, adjustments, or corrections to this project and the admission instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Regarding enrollment organization, National Economics University will enroll students according to the general enrollment plan for 2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training, the enrollment form is online.
Candidates can apply for admission by all methods and subjects if they meet the requirements. Candidates can register for an unlimited number of wishes according to the school's major/program code and must arrange them in order of priority from high to low (wish 1 is the highest priority wish). Candidates can only be admitted to 1 wish.
National Economics University considers admission (for each candidate) according to the priority level from high to low in the registered wishes. If the candidate has been admitted to the wish with a higher priority, the candidate will not be considered for the next priority level wishes.
The school considers admission based on the major/program code, taking scores from high to low until the quota is full, regardless of the order of wishes between candidates.
IELTS 7.5 - 9.0 can only be converted to 10 points
For the combined admission method, international English certificates are converted into points.

Admission scores are on a 30-point scale and rounded to two decimal places.
National Economics University does not use the results of the foreign language exam exemption, does not use the reserved scores from the high school graduation exams and national high school exams of previous years for admission, and does not add priority points for candidates with vocational certificates.
Note, candidates who are eligible for admission/early admission/combined admission need to register their wishes on the system in the first admission round according to the Ministry's admission announcement/plan.

Tuition fee for the 2025-2026 school year: 18-25 million VND/school year
National Economics University informs that the tuition fee for regular university programs for the 2025-2026 academic year, depending on the major/program, is about 18 million VND to 25 million VND/academic year. The roadmap for increasing the maximum tuition fee for each year is implemented according to Decree No. 81/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Government.
The total expected scholarship fund of the National Economics University in 2025-2026 is 30 billion VND. The school continues to implement student exchange programs with partner universities in Japan, China, Taiwan, India, France, Germany, etc. for short-term periods of 1 academic year, 1 semester, 1 academic month, 3 weeks.
