On June 23, responding to a reporter from the Public Security Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, Principal and Director of the National Defense and Security Education Center of Hai Phong University, stated that he is directing the relevant departments of the university to verify and clarify information regarding a male teacher at the National Defense and Security Education Center who allegedly used inappropriate language towards students.

The female student's complaint, along with the accompanying audio clip, was posted on a student forum.

Specifically, on the evening of June 22nd, on the Hai Phong University student group, the account TC posted information about a military instructor from the National Defense and Security Education Center repeatedly calling and "soliciting sex," along with 7 audio recordings of conversations between a man and a woman.

According to a female student, in mid-June, the school organized a military training course for students at the National Defense and Security Education Center. During the course, teacher PTD repeatedly called the female student with inappropriate language, making propositions and sexually harassing her… Not only via phone, but teacher PTD also called the female student to his private room to continue his “seduction”…

The female student explained that she had previously heard complaints from senior students and now she was the victim. Therefore, she wanted to expose the truth so that future students wouldn't encounter similar situations and could fully enjoy their military training period as a student.
