These days, at the construction site of the largest green park in the Central region - Eco Central Park (nearly 200 hectares wide, in Vinh city, Nghe An province), every day there are more than 2,500 workers, officers and engineers working to speed up the project's progress.

Since the end of 2023, the founder of Ecopark has handed over nearly 300 villas and townhouses (in The Garden 1 subdivision) nearly 2 months earlier than expected to residents. Residents have now moved in, creating bright, vibrant subdivisions. In addition, the investor has completed the rough construction of The Garden 2 subdivision. According to information from the investor, Au Co Boulevard - The Garden section is expected to be completed by April 30, helping to enhance the connectivity of internal traffic infrastructure. Also on this occasion, the interactive water square in The Plaza subdivision will be inaugurated. In addition, the Clubhouse utility of this subdivision will also be completed in the next 2 months and inaugurated on June 30, 2024.

Regarding the infrastructure connecting Eco Central Park with surrounding areas, it is impossible not to mention the extended Nguyen Sy Sach route, which is being accelerated.

The extended Nguyen Sy Sach Street has a total length of more than 6.3 km, stretching through the communes of Hung Loc, Hung Hoa and Hung Dung ward. The starting point of the route is Km0+00 (intersection with Nguyen Phong Sac Street), the end point is Km6+327.04 (connecting to the Lam River embankment road). This is an extremely important traffic route, connecting the center of Vinh city with the Lam River embankment road, connecting Cua Lo beach tourist area and Cua Hoi bridge connecting to Ha Tinh province.

On April 20, the extended Nguyen Sy Sach Street was paved with asphalt, opening the entire route, thanks to which the travel time from Eco Central Park to Vinh city and the above mentioned points is only about 8-20 minutes by car, instead of 20-30 minutes as before.

Launching and completing many utilities for the first time in Vinh city
