At the meeting, the National Assembly Delegate reported the expected content and agenda of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly to voters. At the same time, he discussed and clarified a number of issues that voters were concerned about in previous meetings. One of the issues that many voters of Thanh Hai ward reported was the difference in land rental prices in Quarter A. Voters reported that although they were on the same street as Nguyen Phuc Khoat, Ngo Gia Kham, etc., the land rental prices between households were different, causing frustration. Voters recommended that competent authorities review and adjust accordingly.

Responding to voters on this issue, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Yen said: The People's Committee of Binh Thuan province has issued Decision No. 68 dated December 22, 2024, adjusting Decision No. 37 dated December 20, 2019 on the price list of land types in the province. Accordingly, the land price on the roads that voters reflected has been adjusted to a uniform level of VND 16,700,000/m². Voters can contact the Ward People's Committee for specific instructions and more related detailed information.

Many voters in Thanh Hai and Phu Hai wards expressed their agreement with the policy of streamlining the apparatus, rearranging provincial and communal administrative units and building a two-level political system in the locality. However, voters suggested that there should be reasonable solutions, hoping that the authorities would create favorable conditions for people in the process of handling administrative procedures when implementing the merger. Voters also recommended that the province pay attention to investing in local infrastructure; promptly implement the project of building primary schools to meet the learning needs of children in the area. At the same time, thoroughly handle the projects that have been suspended for many years, affecting the lives and interests of the people. In addition, voters are also concerned about the issues of trading in fake milk products, changing textbooks, etc.

Representatives of local authorities and specialized agencies directly explained some of the contents raised by voters. The remaining opinions were recorded, compiled and forwarded by National Assembly Deputy Pham Thi Hong Yen to central and provincial agencies for consideration and resolution according to their authority.
