(BD) - On the morning of April 23, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Lan Hieu - Director of Hanoi Medical University Hospital, member of the National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs Committee of the 15th National Assembly, member of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Dinh province, had a meeting with voters in Hoai Tan ward (Hoai Nhon town) before the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.

Attending the meeting were representatives of leaders of departments, branches, City Party Committee, and People's Committee of Hoai Nhon Town.
At the meeting, National Assembly Deputy Nguyen Lan Hieu informed voters about the expected content of the program of the 9th Session, 15th National Assembly .
Accordingly, the 9th Session will consider and pass 30 draft laws and 7 resolutions; give opinions on 6 draft laws and decide on many important issues regarding apparatus organization, socio-economic development, state budget...

Voters of Hoai Tan ward expressed their concern; at the same time, reflected and recommended: In the arrangement of the organizational apparatus, reorganization of administrative units at all levels, there should be specific support for non-professional workers in villages and neighborhoods. Regarding the upcoming merger of Binh Dinh - Gia Lai provinces, it is suggested that consideration should be given to naming the new province in a harmonious manner, preserving the cultural and historical traditions of each locality.
Voters requested support in the procedures for reissuing certificates of conferment, posthumous awards of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, certificates of merit from the Fatherland to martyrs, and resistance medals that have been damaged over many years. Voters also reflected and made recommendations on cases of slow resolution of land records and land disputes that people considered to be unsatisfactory in the adjudication process. In addition, local leaders and voters expressed their desire for all levels and sectors to pay attention to and invest in a hemodialysis unit at Bong Son Regional General Hospital.

After the leaders of Hoai Tan ward responded to some opinions within their authority, National Assembly Deputy Nguyen Lan Hieu acknowledged and highly appreciated the constructive and responsible spirit of voters. Regarding the proposal related to the organization and consolidation of administrative units, he asked voters to continue to support and accompany the major policies of the Party and State to streamline the apparatus and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of local government operations. Regarding the naming of the province after the merger of Binh Dinh - Gia Lai, he shared the wishes of voters, and said that the Central Government had made careful calculations, hoping that voters would have a broader perspective, for the common development of the province and the country.
Regarding legitimate recommendations related to the authority and responsibility of the province and Hoai Nhon town, Mr. Hieu suggested that they should be addressed. Regarding recommendations under the authority of the Central Government, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will receive, synthesize, and forward them to the relevant agencies for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
Regarding the proposal to establish a hemodialysis unit at Bong Son Regional General Hospital, Mr. Hieu said that he will actively coordinate and support to the extent possible to resolve any remaining difficulties and problems, aiming to establish a unit to meet the health care needs of officials and people.
