At this location, on April 21, 1950, the Vietnam Journalists Association (the predecessor of the Vietnam Journalists Association) held its first Congress, a milestone event in the development of Vietnam's revolutionary press... From 300 members when it was first established, to date, the Vietnam Journalists Association has had more than 25,500 members and journalists working at over 800 press agencies across the country.

During the journey back to the source, the delegation also offered incense and visited the National Historical Site of Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School (Tan Thai Commune, Dai Tu District). This is the school founded, named and instructed by President Ho Chi Minh to organize and implement on April 4, 1949 - the first and only training facility for press cadres of the Vietnamese Revolutionary Press during the resistance war against French colonialism.

At the National Historical Site of Huynh Thuc Khang Journalism School, the delegation of the Vietnam Journalists Association worked with the leaders of Thai Nguyen province. The delegates reviewed the historical tradition of Vietnam's revolutionary press, and agreed to continue to preserve and promote the value of historical relics in the area in general, and relics related to the history of Vietnam's revolutionary press in particular.
