The program "Ninh Thuan - Welcome New Year 2025" aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the new year 2025; at the same time, encourage and motivate all classes of people in the province to promote patriotic emulation movements, actively study and work in production, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2025. The program is divided into 2 parts: Art performance program "Ninh Thuan - Welcome New Year 2025" and Grand music program - EDM Party with unique and exciting performances.

In the joyful atmosphere welcoming the new year 2025, delegates and the people together looked back at the impressive achievements in 2024 that the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Thuan have achieved. On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sent the best wishes to the delegates, all cadres, soldiers, people and tourists. 2024 is a year of acceleration and breakthrough to complete the goals of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress and the 5-year Plan 2021-2025.

Despite facing many challenges, the province has achieved important results thanks to the drastic direction and solidarity of the political system and the consensus of the people and businesses. During the year, Ninh Thuan's GRDP increased by 8.74%, ranking 4th out of 14 provinces and cities in the North Central and Central Coast regions; and 16th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide. Economy, agriculture, industry and construction increased by 12.84%; attracting 3.4 million tourists, tourism revenue is estimated at 3,890 billion VND. Ninh Thuan is also among the top 10 provinces nationwide in attracting investment in 2024.

Social security policies are fully and promptly implemented; national defense is consolidated and enhanced; political security continues to be maintained... With those results, it contributes to enhancing and affirming the position of Ninh Thuan in the Central region and the whole country. The year 2025 has a particularly important significance, being the last year of the 2020-2025 term, the year of organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the year of acceleration, breakthrough, reaching the finish line, striving to achieve the highest results in the goals and targets of the 5-year socio-economic development plan 2021-2025. With the motto of action "Solidarity, creativity, acceleration, striving, development", in 2025 Ninh Thuan focuses on prioritizing and promoting rapid and sustainable economic growth.

Focus on removing bottlenecks in policies and mechanisms; unblocking resources. Speeding up the implementation of key and inter-regional infrastructure projects. Promoting administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment. Focusing on building high-quality human resources, especially in key sectors and fields; continuing to improve and rearrange the streamlined apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently... Proud of the tradition of solidarity, the efforts and determination of the Party Committee, government and people in the province, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believes that in the new year, Ninh Thuan will achieve higher and more comprehensive results in all fields.

On the occasion of the New Year and preparation for the Lunar New Year 2025, I wish all delegates, distinguished guests, and all cadres, soldiers, people and tourists a new year of health, happiness, peace and prosperity.
