Highlights of the art program "Weekend Rendezvous"

As part of a series of activities to serve tourism development in Thanh Hoa City in the first quarter of 2024 according to the coordination plan between the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City, on the evening of March 16, at Hoi An Park, Lam Son Ward, the weekly Saturday night art program took place, with the theme "Weekend rendezvous".

The art program staged and performed by artists and actors of Thanh Hoa Traditional Art Theater brought to the people and visitors many unique art performances praising the love of homeland, country, spring and imbued with the traditional cultural beauty of Thanh land.

Some notable performances include the singing and dancing performances “Ho Song Ma”, the cheo singing “Thanh Hoa My Hometown”, the dance “Mui Xuan Tim Ban”, the excerpt from the play “Lao Ta Enters Kim Hung’s Tent” in the classic play “Ngon Lua Hong Son”, the excerpt from the reformed opera “Liet Nu My Co”, and the excerpt from “Chi Pheo – Thi No”.

Along with the art program, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association continues to organize food and OCOP product booths at Hoi An Park to serve the shopping needs of the people and tourists. With a series of cultural and artistic activities, displaying and introducing OCOP products, Thanh Hoa City is creating an attractive and familiar community cultural space for the people and tourists at Hoi An Park every Saturday evening. Thereby, creating new and attractive tourism products, serving the needs of sightseeing, entertainment, shopping, and enjoying cuisine of the people and tourists from all over the country every time they come to Thanh Hoa City. At the same time, promoting the night-time economic model, contributing to the development of trade, services, and tourism in the city, as well as promoting the beautiful image of the ancient Hac Thanh land - Thanh Hoa City today to friends across the country and abroad.
