(Dan Tri) - The Hoa Ninh Industrial Park project (Da Nang) with a total investment of more than 6,200 billion VND has been launched. When formed, the industrial park is expected to create tens of thousands of jobs for local workers.
On February 18, the People's Committee of Da Nang City held a ceremony to announce and launch the investment project to build and operate infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park in Hoa Ninh commune, Hoa Vang district.
The project was approved by the Prime Minister for investment on December 31, 2024; the People's Committee of Da Nang City approved the investor on February 11. Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company is the investor with a total capital of VND 6,204 billion, which will be the 7th industrial park in Da Nang City.

Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is oriented to be one of the most modern industrial parks in the Central region, prioritizing investment attraction in the direction of specialized industry, modern and advanced technology. This industrial park is adjacent to the western belt road connecting to Lien Chieu seaport (10km away), conveniently connected to expressways and national highways.
The industrial park is expected to create tens of thousands of direct and indirect jobs for local workers and those in neighboring areas, contributing to solving employment problems and increasing income for people.

The investor also committed to prioritizing the recruitment of local workers, coordinating with vocational training facilities to provide high-quality human resources to meet the needs of businesses in the industrial park.
Inside the project, housing areas for workers, utilities such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals, entertainment areas, etc. will be planned and built to meet the living needs and improve the quality of life for workers.
