This land area has an area of 19,197 m2; the winning auction price is 792,867 VND/m2/year.
After that, Da Nang City granted an investment certificate to MM Mega Market Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the MM Mega Market Danang Trade Center Project, with a total investment capital of nearly 20 million USD.
