Da Nang City People's Committee has just decided to auction land use rights, approving the auction plan for land use rights for 3 land plots.
Land plot A1-14 Area C - Residential area Nam Cau Cam Le in Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district has an area of over 4,200m2. Purpose of use is to build a commercial center and office for rent.
The total investment of the project is expected to be over 269 billion VND. The rental income from this land is about 58 billion VND.
Land plot 51A Ly Tu Trong was auctioned by Da Nang to build a parking lot.
The second land plot auctioned for land use rights is A2-1 in Tho Quang Aquatic Service Industrial Park - Son Tra District, with an area of 2,200m2. This land plot is auctioned to build an office building for lease with a total estimated investment capital of over 169 billion VND. The revenue from leasing the above land plot is about 63.5 billion VND.
The government has completed site clearance and technical infrastructure for both plots of land. The land lessee must pay a one-time fee for the entire lease term. The term of use is 50 years from the date of auction results recognition.
The third plot of land is located in Hai Chau district, at 51A Ly Tu Trong, with an area of 892m2. This plot of land has also been cleared, and its purpose is to build a parking lot. The estimated investment capital for this project is about 56 billion VND.
The land use term is 50 years, the lessee pays annually. The rental income is about 109 million VND/year.
In 2023, Da Nang City will auction 25 large land plots and 190 subdivided residential land lots.
