The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision to auction land use rights and approved the auction plan for land use rights for 3 land plots.
Plot A1-14, Zone C – Nam Cau Cam Le Residential Area, Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District, covers an area of over 4,200m2. The intended use is for the construction of a commercial center and office space for rent.
The total investment for the project is expected to be over 269 billion VND. The rental income from this land is estimated at around 58 billion VND.
The land plot at 51A Ly Tu Trong Street was put up for auction by Da Nang authorities for the construction of a parking lot.
The second plot of land for auction is area A2-1 in the Tho Quang Fisheries Service Industrial Park - Son Tra district, with an area of 2,200m2. This plot is being auctioned for the construction of an office building for rent, with a total estimated investment of over 169 billion VND. The revenue from renting this land is approximately 63.5 billion VND.
Both plots of land have been cleared and the infrastructure completed by the authorities. The lessee must pay a lump sum for the entire lease period. The lease term is 50 years from the date the auction results are recognized.
The third plot of land is located in Hai Chau district, at 51A Ly Tu Trong Street, with an area of 892 square meters. This plot has also been cleared and is intended for the construction of a parking lot. The estimated investment for this project is approximately 56 billion VND.
The land lease term is 50 years, with the lessee paying annually. The total rental income is approximately 109 million VND per year.
In 2023, Da Nang City organized auctions for 25 large land plots and 190 subdivided residential land lots.
