That is the proposal of Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee at the 19th Session of the 10th City People's Council regarding business support policies.
Explaining further about the above proposal, Mr. Cuong said that recently, the Department of Industry and Trade organized a promotion program through Korea with the participation of 16 information technology enterprises and 11 commercial enterprises.
As a result, 16 IT enterprises have connected and signed about 30 contracts with Korean enterprises on software production and some IT-related fields.
In addition, the commercial enterprise has 2 businesses signed contracts.
Mr. Cuong assessed that this "makes businesses very excited about implementation".
Therefore, the Vice Chairman of Da Nang City said that there should be more policies to promote further in the coming time.
At the Conference on connecting trade and promoting exports - Da Nang 2024, Mr. Cuong continued to emphasize the role of promotion activities.
“Given the difficult economic situation in the world, market demand has not yet recovered strongly, Vietnamese enterprises in general and import-export enterprises in particular still face many difficulties in production and business, finding partners and orders. Therefore, organizing trade connection activities, supporting enterprises to expand markets, finding orders and partners is extremely necessary and important at the present time,” said Mr. Cuong.
According to information from the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City, on July 10, 2024, the Department chaired the organization of a trade connection program between Da Nang City enterprises and Korean enterprises in Deagu City (Korea).
The program witnessed the signing of memorandums of understanding and business agreements between NR Biotech (Korea) and Vina Ginseng Company Limited (Da Nang) and Health One Two Company (Korea) and Central Vietnam Production, Trading and Service Company Limited.
