Tien Giang Water Supply Company Limited urgently fixes the water pipe burst problem.

Accordingly, by 4 p.m. the same day, employees of Tien Giang Water Supply Company had completed connecting the water pipes and turned the water back on for people to use. On April 10, the unit will restore the site at the location of the incident.

According to the leader of Tien Giang Water Supply Company, the cause of the incident was a broken HDPE pipe weld.

By 4:00 p.m., the water pipeline had been reconnected and was providing normal water supply to households.

Previously, at around 4:00 a.m. on April 9, the domestic water pipeline from the main pipeline (National Highway 50, section in Zone 1, Cho Gao town, Cho Gao district) to Hoa Dinh and Xuan Dong communes (Cho Gao district) broke at the connection point.

Water from the pipeline gushed out, overflowing onto the road, flooding several houses in Cho Gao town. The incident was discovered by local residents and they promptly reported it to the water pipeline management unit to cut off the water.

Domestic water supply has been restored to normal.

Due to a water pipe burst, part of Xuan Dong and Hoa Dinh communes have had their water supply temporarily cut off to fix the problem.

After the incident occurred, Tien Giang Water Supply Company Limited urgently sent forces to fix the problem.

According to the leader of Tien Giang Water Supply Company, after receiving the information, the unit closed the water valve to carry out repairs. Accordingly, this HDPE D200 and D250 water pipeline provides water to 924 households in Hoa Dinh and Xuan Dong communes.
