On October 2, information from the People's Committee of Mong Cai City said that the case of a parent driving a car into the middle of the school yard and then hitting a female student, injuring her, has been resolved through civil mediation.

After that, the authorities made a record of the incident and the two sides agreed to civil mediation, without any further complaints.

Also yesterday afternoon (October 1), Chu Van An High School reported the incident to the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh province. The school representative also said that from the beginning of the year, there were regulations and propaganda for parents not to drive cars into the yard area. However, due to the negligence of the gate guard and the parents' compliance, the unfortunate accident occurred.

Previously, as Thanh Nien reported, at around 12:15 on October 1, Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh, a parent of a student in class 10A2 at Chu Van An High School, drove a car with license plate 14A - 047.85 to take her child to school.

Despite being reminded by security, the parents still drove their cars into the school yard, causing an unfortunate accident.

Although the security guard tried to stop him, the parent still deliberately drove the car into the school yard, causing it to crash into the electric bicycle driven by Pham Thi Thu H., a student in class 10A3, causing her to be injured and trapped under the car.

Immediately after the incident, many students ran to the scene, lifted the car up to rescue their friend who was trapped under it.

A representative of Chu Van An High School said that, through the above unfortunate incident, the unit will correct parents' compliance awareness as well as strengthen the work of ensuring order, absolutely not allowing similar incidents to happen again.
