On that basis, the Department of Home Affairs has coordinated with the State Treasury of Region XIII to temporarily provide funds to pay the March 2025 allowance to meritorious people and their relatives. At the same time, the State Treasury of Region XIII has also temporarily provided funds for payment in April 2025.

The Department of Home Affairs requests that the Home Affairs Departments of districts, towns and cities urgently contact the State Treasury where the transaction takes place to carry out payment procedures in accordance with regulations. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, the units need to promptly report to the Department of Home Affairs for coordination and resolution. The Department of Home Affairs also hopes that the meritorious people and their relatives will sympathize and share during the transition period; related information will continue to be updated and promptly notified to the subjects.

It is known that recently, the payment of preferential allowances for people with meritorious services to the March 2025 Revolution has been delayed compared to the usual monthly practice. The main reason is the implementation of the organization's arrangement and streamlining, in which the task of managing the field of people with meritorious services from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs was transferred to the Department of Home Affairs from February 20, 2025. During the transfer process, the guidance and transfer of funds were not timely, leading to delays in payment.

Currently, the province is managing more than 55,000 files of people with revolutionary contributions, of which 5,772 subjects receive monthly preferential subsidies, with a total cost of more than 16.7 billion VND/month.
