Despite timely intervention, the patient's condition continued to worsen, with respiratory failure and impaired consciousness, requiring endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. Blood pressure continued to decrease despite high doses of vasopressors.
At this time, the medical team decided to perform ECMO, which is considered the last resuscitation measure to save the patient's life. As a result, the patient's health gradually improved. Currently, the patient is stable, alert, and responsive.
