Doctors continued to infuse high molecular weight dextran 40 10%, albumin 10%, anti-shock with the support of invasive arterial blood pressure measurement equipment, central venous pressure measurement, bladder pressure measurement, and combined use of vasopressors.
The patient was supported with continuous positive airway pressure, non-invasive ventilation, then intubated early, and had peritoneal drainage to relieve pressure. Coagulation disorders and severe gastrointestinal bleeding were treated with blood transfusions, fresh frozen plasma, cryoprecipitate, platelet concentrate, vitamin K1, and liver support treatment. After nearly 2 weeks of treatment, the child gradually recovered, was weaned off the ventilator, was alert, and liver and kidney function returned to normal.
