On September 24, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department - PC07, Ho Chi Minh City Police Department provided preliminary information about the collapse of a house at alley 133, Binh Quoi Street, Ward 27, Binh Thanh District.
Specifically, at around 12:30 on September 24, the house at the above address was under repair when it suddenly collapsed completely. There were many people inside at the time.

Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team - Binh Thanh District Police quickly dispatched 3 vehicles and 18 officers and soldiers to the scene to carry out the rescue.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, PC07 - Ho Chi Minh City Police also immediately deployed the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team (3 vehicles, 17 officers and soldiers) and the Fire Prevention and Rescue Team of Area 1 (1 vehicle, 7 officers and soldiers) to support.
When the incident happened, there were 7 victims. Binh Thanh District Police were able to get 5 people out, but 2 people were still trapped.
Rescue forces found the victims and used specialized equipment to remove obstacles, brought 2 victims out and were given first aid by the 115 force and then transferred to the nearest hospital.
According to authorities, the initial cause was that the house was being repaired and was tilting and sinking when an accident occurred. At the scene, the 4-story house completely collapsed.
