However, teachers, especially in the field of higher education, are being placed with high demands by society on three factors: Mind, morality, and talent. "Mr. Ky has just been disciplined (late 2024 - reporter), there will be gossip among students. This greatly affects the psychology of students and possibly Mr. Ky himself," said Prof. Tran Van Chu. Therefore, he does not support Mr. Ky teaching in the context of the Party and State focusing on morality. According to Prof. Chu, if Mr. Ky wants to stand on the podium, he needs time to strive again.

Mr. Ky was not deprived of his citizenship, so he has the right to choose a job and a service unit. But the job that Mr. Ky chose was a teacher. From the perspective of the teacher's qualities and ethics, this should not be done. Teachers are role models for students. If Mr. Ky's mistakes were due to making wrong decisions in management, it is possible to create conditions by giving him time to do other jobs in the school to test his abilities and qualities.

On the side of the Ministry of Education and Training, a number of related units refused to express their opinions when Tien Phong reporters asked questions. Over the phone, Mr. Hoang Dinh Phi, Principal of the School of Management and Business, said he was on a business trip and would discuss the details later. Tien Phong reporters also called and texted lecturer Nguyen Xuan Ky to ask two questions: "What subjects do you think you can teach with your qualifications? Are you afraid of public opinion when you are disciplined for causing serious consequences in management but still teach?". However, by the end of April 18, there was no response from Mr. Ky.

At the end of 2024, the Central Inspection Commission determined that he had violated Party regulations and State laws when performing assigned duties and tasks in preventing and combating corruption and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; caused serious consequences, risked loss and waste of large amounts of State money and assets; caused bad public opinion, and reduced the prestige of the Party organization and local government.
