By the evening of the same day, the hospital received a male patient HVD (64 years old, residing in Hong Dan District, Bac Lieu) with severe left chest pain. This is a typical symptom of acute myocardial infarction on the background of many diseases, such as: Mixed hyperlipidemia, gastroesophageal reflux, with a poor prognosis.

After examination, the interventional cardiology team immediately took the two patients to the cardiac catheterization room, performed emergency coronary artery intervention with intensive medical treatment, such as: Using high-dose vasopressors, anticoagulants, and dual antiplatelet agents. After the procedure, the health of the two patients is now stable and they can be discharged in the next few days.
