The result of this stage was that Nguyen Van Binh ( Ho Chi Minh City New Group ) excellently finished first, only half a wheel ahead of racer Nick Kergozou (620 Vinh Long Agriculture ). Previously, in the 12th stage from Quang Ngai to Quy Nhon, a 179km route, racing fans also witnessed a two-horse race between these two racers, but in that stage, the winner was Nick Kergozou.

Finishing third in stage 15 was racer Nguyen Tan Hoai (Loc Troi An Giang Group).

At the end of the 15th stage, Loc Troi An Giang Group continued to hold the first place for the team; second and third places were Domesco Dong Thap Pharmaceutical and Le Fruit Masxis Dong Nai, respectively.

Also within the framework of the race, for the first time after 15 stages, the Organizing Committee organized a grassroots race with the participation of 91 racers, including professional racers who have been associated with this traditional race and have won many achievements such as: Nguyen Nam Cuc, Do Tuan Anh, Le Van Dong, Huynh Mai Duy, Dang Trung Dung, Vo Dang Khoa. The racers competed on a 35km route, with 10 laps.

As a result, in this event, racers Dang Trung Dung, Huynh Mai Duy, and Vo Van Thang finished in first, second, and third place respectively.

Before the race, the Organizing Committee awarded prizes to athletes with high achievements in the 14th stage from Gia Lai to Dak Lak.
