With the invention of a biological straw made from leaves, a group of students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade confidently brought the product to the market and received high praise from teachers and customers who tried it.

Students start experimenting with bio-straws
The special feature of the project is that the product is made from whole leaves, going through the stages of leaf selection, heating, shaping... the group offers a finished product that is cheap but ensures safety for users.
Bio-based straws made from coconut leaves and banana leaves have been tested and achieved results that are completely within the limits of National Standard TCVN 12723:2019.
