The identity of this coach is Emanuele Rinaldi, only 39 years old this year. He is considered one of the youngest coaches in Italy. But the most famous and highly qualified coach is Luisma Hernandez. The Spanish coach is 51 years old and has a "Pro license" from the European Football Federation. The coach, born in 1962, was the Sports Director at the Barcelona Tenerife Academy (a small branch of the Barcelona youth training club), and a teacher at the Tenerife school for football coaches.

Classification of Coaching Certifications
For the C-certificate football coach, you will be trained in the most basic skills of football. The course for the C-certificate lasts 13 days, the content focuses on coaching young players and basic organizational methods.
Meanwhile, to study for the B certificate, each coach needs to have a C certificate and ensure that he has at least 2 years of coaching experience. The content of the B certificate football coach course mainly focuses on training skills at a higher level related to the match.
Upon completion of the B and C licenses, coaches can study for the A license. During the 27-day period, coaches need to study a minimum of 148 hours of training related to tactics, team management and professional requirements.
The Pro certificate is the highest level. In 2 years, the coach will study 4 courses with independent modules. Unlike the 3 certificates A, B and C, the Pro certificate is a professional football coach certificate. The requirements to study for the Pro certificate are quite strict, the student must be under 45 years old, possess at least 1 A certificate and need to coach a national team or professional club, know English to participate in cross-country courses.
