The Revolution Opens Up a Happier Future

BHG - Implementing the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, many provincial departments, branches, and district-level offices have merged, arranged internal focal points, and operated stably, solving well the work for people and businesses. During this revolution, many cadres and party members who are working and have a lot of experience have volunteered to resign, creating favorable conditions for the arrangement of the organization and apparatus and giving opportunities for young people to contribute.

It can be said that over the past decades, many departments, branches, offices and divisions have affirmed their role and mission in promoting the development of localities and the country. That is where many policies and guidelines of the Party and State are advised and implemented for the benefit of the people. Many generations of cadres, party members and workers have held positions in provincial departments, branches and divisions, newly merged or dissolved units; that is where they have been tested, trained, dedicated and matured in their working lives. That is where many people have dedicated their youth to the common cause; that is also where they shared hardships and difficulties during the subsidy period, and then when the country entered the renovation process with many drastic changes.

For many people with 25-30 years of work experience or more, this streamlining revolution is an emotional milestone. Many people, including myself, who participated in writing this article, consider this a time to show personal responsibility to the work unit, to colleagues, and to be ready to complete the final tasks in their working life to facilitate the merger of 2 agencies and then 2 provinces. From there, helping the agency to have younger, more capable and flexible people.

The country under the leadership of the Party is moving forward in step with the times. The efforts to innovate, along with many great achievements and the promotion of digital transformation and innovation in thinking over the years, have put our nation in front of the opportunity to realize the aspiration of building a strong country. Faced with the opportunity to rise up, we need to realistically recognize the effectiveness and limitations in each field, each unit and locality in the apparatus of the political system in order to make appropriate adjustments. The determination of the Party and the Government to carry out the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the political system is the most correct policy, highly supported and agreed upon by the people, because all are aimed at the development of the country and improving the people's lives.

The steps of arranging, streamlining, and merging agencies and units in our province in the past time have been carried out quickly, neatly, decisively, and scientifically. The Department of Transport merged with the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment merged with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Information and Communications merged with the Department of Science and Technology, etc. All have entered stable operation after the merger. Although there were some initial confusion and difficulties, many officials in the merged agencies and units said that this will help the units become stronger, aiming to build agencies after the streamlining and merger that will become increasingly more effective, efficient, and effective. The political, economic and social effectiveness has been, is and will be increasingly evident in Ha Giang and the whole country, helping us have more resources to invest in new development goals, taking better care of people's lives in education, health care, social welfare, etc., as General Secretary To Lam and other Party and Government leaders have affirmed.

The Politburo and the Secretariat issued Conclusion No. 127, dated February 28, 2025, on the implementation of research and proposals to continue to reorganize the apparatus of the political system; The 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee also made historic decisions. The merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units, not at the district level, will soon be implemented in the near future, affirming the determination of our Party in unleashing potential, opening up more development space for localities and regions, removing "bottlenecks" for development and saving resources for the country...

From the determination of the Party and the Government, we see more clearly the role and responsibility of each individual in the innovation process to share the same will, look straight at reality, and be ready to change along with the country's progress. From there, it will help the commune-level apparatus to be more proactive, closer to the people, and serve the people better; the provincial level will be stronger, helping the country take off smoothly, entering a new stage of development, moving forward quickly and strongly along with the development of the times.

There is a bit of silence when many positions and people will close their working journey with beautiful memories that are hard to fade. A new period will begin, there will be initial difficulties when a number of cadres and workers have to leave home and family to go to a new workplace. However, life is like a flow, it must be maintained continuously to develop, so this is the time to need the spirit of sacrifice and dedication to innovation. And especially, there will be no room for personal interests, calculating opportunities, as General Secretary To Lam said: "Those who find themselves unable to meet the requirements should voluntarily withdraw, giving way to others who are more worthy. Voluntarily standing behind for development is also an act of courage, bravery, pride, and praise."

In the face of the country's efforts to move forward, hostile forces always aim to defame our Party and State. They use tricks to disrupt information, confuse public opinion and create suspicion and dissatisfaction among the people before the country's positive changes. Therefore, every cadre, party member and people need to unite and be vigilant against the plots and developments of hostile forces.

In the development of the country, with the right policy, scientific steps in leadership and direction of the Party and Government on the revolution of streamlining the apparatus and merging administrative units will certainly open up a future of more prosperous and happier life for every citizen on the beautiful land of Vietnam.
