On the morning of July 30, Emulation Cluster No. 5 of Thanh Hoa province, including the following units: Department of Information and Communications; Department of Education and Training; Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Science and Technology; Department of Health; Thanh Hoa Newspaper; Provincial Radio and Television Station held a conference to review emulation work in the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2024.
Conference overview.
In the first 6 months of 2024, units in Emulation Cluster No. 5 launched and implemented emulation movements to carry out political tasks, goals and targets for socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2024, and at the same time promptly and effectively organized patriotic emulation movements launched by the Government, ministries, branches, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and socio-political organizations.
Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications Le Van Nam presented a report at the conference.
The emulation movements have brought about many practical results, motivating cadres, party members and workers in agencies and units to overcome all difficulties and strive to fulfill their assigned tasks. Units in the cluster have also built a strong Party organization and political system, implemented grassroots democracy regulations, practiced thrift, fought against waste, carried out administrative reform, and applied information technology to management and operation of task performance.

Building and implementing administrative reform with good results; continuing to maintain and implement the quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2015 standards, contributing to improving the effectiveness of State management and public service provision, meeting the requirements of administrative reform in the province and within agencies and units.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Hoa Newspaper Ngo Quang Tu spoke at the conference.
Implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated November 10, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on digital transformation of Thanh Hoa province by 2025, with a vision to 2030... sectors and units in the cluster have deployed and replicated digital transformation models at district and commune levels; model of approving information security level records for agencies and units in the province; propaganda model "One platform, one story per week" to introduce digital transformation platforms and spread successful models and examples of digital transformation in the area.
Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Duong Van Hue spoke at the conference.
At the conference, the units in the cluster focused on discussing, presenting the achieved results, difficulties, shortcomings and discussing the key directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2024. In particular, continuing to effectively carry out propaganda and education work among cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on emulation and rewards. Continuing to effectively advise the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee on developing projects, resolutions, projects, target programs, management, direction and implementation of tasks; strengthening grassroots inspection work to complete the year's plan with high quality and efficiency.
Deputy Head of the Provincial Economic and Cultural Committee Nguyen Thi Huong spoke at the conference.
Promote patriotic emulation movements associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and implementing the Central Resolution 4 (term XI, term XII) of the Central Executive Committee on Party building and rectification; take work efficiency as a measure to evaluate and consider emulation, make emulation and reward work a solution, and at the same time a driving force to promote units in the cluster to successfully complete assigned political tasks.
