Emulation Cluster No. 1, Provincial Civil Servants' Union launched the emulation movement in 2025

BHG - On the afternoon of April 14, Emulation Cluster No. 1, Provincial Civil Servants' Union held a conference to sign and deploy the emulation movement in 2025. Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department chaired the conference; also attending were leaders of agencies and member units of Emulation Cluster No. 1.

Conference Overview.

Emulation Cluster No. 1 has 8 grassroots trade unions (UCs), including: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department (Cluster Head); Provincial Party Committee Office (Deputy Cluster Head); Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department; Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Provincial Political School; Ha Giang Newspaper; College of Engineering and Technology. In 2025, Emulation Cluster No. 1 continues to launch an emulation movement with the theme: "Eagerly competing to welcome party congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030, achieving the highest achievements to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union". To achieve the above goals, the grassroots trade unions continue to focus on innovating the content and methods of operation, building a strong union organization with specific and practical solutions, associated with the political tasks of each unit.

At the conference, representatives of the Trade Union of Emulation Cluster No. 1 signed the emulation covenant for 2025. Therein, focusing on effectively implementing tasks according to functions, striving to complete and exceed the targets for 2025. Striving for 100% of Trade Unions to be classified as having completed their tasks well or better; over 98% of union members to complete their tasks well; Trade Union Emulation Cluster No. 1 to be assessed as having completed their tasks well or better; 100% of Trade Unions to be assessed and classified as having inspected activities as good or better; 100% of Trade Unions to coordinate with heads of agencies to launch and effectively maintain patriotic emulation movements; striving for 95% or more of agencies and units to meet cultural standards; 100% of union members and workers to fulfill their commitment to eliminate bad customs...

Through the emulation movement, the trade unions in Emulation Cluster No. 1 have the opportunity to discover and spread good and creative practices and typical advanced examples. Thereby, contributing to raising political awareness, ethics, lifestyle, professional capacity and sense of responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers; at the same time, strengthening the spirit of solidarity, coordination, exchange and learning experiences between units.
