Urge to respond to voters' petitions
Before receiving voters' feedback, delegate Hoang Thi Hien announced the contents of the conference; Report summarizing the opinions of voters of Hoang Mai Town sent to all levels and sectors and the contents responded by the authorities.
Specifically, before and after the 5th session of the 15th National Assembly, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation compiled 5 opinions and recommendations of voters of Hoang Mai town to forward to competent authorities for resolution and response (3 recommendations sent to the Central agency and 2 recommendations sent to the Provincial People's Committee).
Up to now, there have been written responses to 2 recommendations under the authority of the Central agency; the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will continue to urge responses to the remaining 3 opinions.
Delegate Hoang Thi Hien also reported on the responses to Hoang Mai voters from relevant levels and sectors, including the following contents: violations of railway safety corridors, railway signal lines... Regarding expanding the subjects participating in compulsory social insurance, reducing the time to receive social insurance,...
Received 15 voters' opinions on 7 groups of issues
At the conference, there were 15 voters' opinions with 43 contents belonging to 7 groups of issues of concern to people, and problems still existing at the grassroots level.

Voter Pham Van Dan - Party Cell Secretary, Head of Village 5, Quynh Trang Commune, reported that the land clearance for the road passing through Quynh Trang Commune is currently facing difficulties for some households. Although the authorities have met with the households three times, the people still believe that the compensation price is too different from the compensation price for the same type of land in other localities such as Mai Hung Ward. In addition, the unfinished construction of the water channel, the scattered excavated soil obstructing traffic; some electric poles have also deteriorated, causing danger to the people, was also reported.
Voter Le Cong Tao commented that the North-South expressway bypass and bypass through Quynh Trang commune are short and inconvenient for people to travel. The residential roads during the expressway construction process have been blocked. People have requested to return the roads to traffic, and requested the authorities to inspect and handle the situation of overloaded vehicles running frequently on the roads, especially the National Highway, causing serious damage to the roads.
Voter Hoang Van Hoan sent to the National Assembly Delegate the problem that Quynh Trang people are having a hard time with land procedures, there is a lack of transparency, some locations still have difficulty with land titles, paperwork is slow and there is also a situation where officials are still weak in expertise...
Some other voters reflected that the support regime for the team of part-time cadres at the commune level is low, not enough to motivate them to contribute and perform their work. For example, voter Le Cong Vy stated: Regarding the support regime for the part-time cadres at the commune level, this is a force of successor cadres, with degrees, young, enthusiastic to contribute, but the regime is lower than the hamlet level, so there is an increasing situation of young cadres not being enthusiastic about their work, quitting their jobs...
Mr. Vy said that the current support regime "if increased according to the People's Council Resolution with more than 400 thousand is too low".

Meanwhile, voter Pham Thi Loan - President of the Women's Union of Quynh Trang commune proposed to amend the Law on Social Insurance, the period of insurance payment to receive salary should be regulated in the direction of paying for a long time to receive more, paying for a little time to receive less.
Voter Nguyen Thi Dung, a financial and accounting officer of Quynh Trang commune, expressed her opinion on some regulations of the Law on Health Insurance, suggesting adding regulations so that part-time workers can enjoy health insurance, and at the same time suggesting keeping the retirement age for men at 60 and women at 55...

At the conference, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Trang Commune and the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Town answered and explained opinions within their authority. Among them were the most prominent issues that were reflected by many voters related to the construction of residential roads during the construction of the North-South Expressway. The commune and town have made recommendations to relevant agencies and departments but have not yet been resolved.
The leaders of Quynh Trang Commune People's Committee also received the people's feedback to transfer and coordinate with departments and branches to handle. Regarding the issue of people reflecting the improper attitude of land officials towards the people, the Commune People's Committee will verify, if there is a case like the voters' feedback, it will resolutely handle and rectify.

Delegate Pham Phu Binh, on behalf of the National Assembly delegation, summarized and received 7 groups of contents from voters of Quynh Trang commune. Regarding the situation of some canals not included in the design during the construction of the expressway, the National Assembly Delegate will verify, make recommendations, and reflect to relevant agencies to handle the contents of the people's reflection as soon as possible.
On this occasion, the National Assembly Delegation presented gifts to 15 disadvantaged students in Hoang Mai Town, encouraging them to continue to overcome their circumstances, study hard and strive to do well in school. Each gift is worth 1 million VND.
