At the meeting, the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province informed voters about the expected content and program of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of the province in recent times.
With a frank and open spirit, local voters expressed their interest and high consensus on the policy and plan to rearrange administrative units at all levels.
Voters and local people proposed policies and regimes for redundant cadres, part-time cadres at the commune level, cadres, civil servants and public employees who retired early; and the settlement of administrative procedures after the merger.
In addition, voters of Minh Hoa district proposed and recommended tightening land management to avoid budget loss; resolving policies for part-time commune police force; resolving the encroachment of business land in the south of Trung Hoa market and cases related to land disputes...
In Quang Trach district, voters recommended paying attention to investing in renovating martyrs' cemeteries and policies for people with meritorious services; resolving policies for veterinary and agricultural extension staff who have quit their jobs due to staff reduction; urgently issuing certificates of land use rights to people; the issue of resource and mineral management in the area is still loose, causing loss of state resources; needing to strictly manage food safety issues, strictly handling organizations and individuals who violate; overloaded vehicles circulating on Quang Chau bridge...
At the meeting, representatives of local leaders responded to the contents of voters' recommendations. The National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province also received and clarified the contents of voters' opinions and recommendations; at the same time, it will consider, synthesize the opinions, select the contents within its authority to forward to the competent authorities for response and resolution.
On this occasion, the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Binh province presented many gifts to veterans in Quang Trach and Minh Hoa districts who participated in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in April 1975.
