At the meeting, voters of Nam Giang district proposed to soon invest in upgrading National Highway 14D to Nam Giang - Dac Ta Ooc International Border Gate.
Voters reported that the above-mentioned road is currently in serious disrepair. Every day, convoys of tractors pulling semi-trailers, one after another, struggle to cross the winding road, the road surface is ruined, dust flies up, pollutes the environment, affects people's lives and activities, and causes traffic insecurity.
Voters also made other recommendations such as allocating funding to invest in building self-destructing garbage pits and garbage trucks in communes to ensure environmental sanitation; paying attention to increasing funding support for village chiefs; organizing early recruitment exams for commune-level civil servants to have enough human resources to perform tasks; arranging specialized vehicles to serve fire prevention and fighting work in the district in a timely manner...
Mr. Dang Tan Phuong - Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council received and responded to clarify the opinions of voters; at the same time, requested the local government to direct specialized agencies to resolve opinions and recommendations within their authority. Recommendations beyond their authority will be summarized and submitted to the Provincial People's Council meeting for consideration and resolution.
