At the contact points, National Assembly Deputy Ho Thi Minh reported on the expected agenda of the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly . Based on the content of the session, many voters expressed their hope that the National Assembly will hold a historic session to carry out a revolution in restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.

At the same time, I hope that the National Assembly deputies will enhance their responsibilities as elected representatives, promote their intelligence and collective strength to decide on important strategic issues, and bring the country to strong development.

Expressing their aspirations, many voters said that the policy of streamlining the state apparatus is considered one of the four major revolutions since the Party was founded. People believe that this policy will remove bottlenecks and help the country develop.

Voters believe that after the province is merged, the policy of abolishing the district level and merging communes will create a new commune-level government apparatus with a larger organizational structure, functions and tasks, and larger area management. Therefore, they hope that the National Assembly will study and develop regulations on new functions and tasks for commune-level governments in the direction of being closer to the people and serving the people better.

Regarding the policy of streamlining and streamlining the apparatus, voters hope that the National Assembly will have a policy to create conditions for part-time commune-level cadres to participate in work in villages and neighborhoods, for young cadres who have received formal training, are responsible and enthusiastic about their work. Regarding the merger of provinces, there should be a policy mechanism to support accommodation and travel for provincial-level cadres to work at the new administrative center.

Regarding issues under local authority, voters assessed that local leaders promptly grasped people's thoughts and aspirations in adjusting the naming scheme of new commune-level administrative units.

In addition, we hope that the provincial leaders will pay attention to handling the site clearance work and soon open the road at both ends of An Mo bridge in Trieu Phong district. We will soon have a plan to move the BOT toll station in Trieu Giang commune, Trieu Phong district to a new, more suitable location.

Speaking at the explanation, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Huu Dan acknowledged the voters' recommendations and said that these were very responsible opinions in the role of a voter towards the major policies of the Party and State that are being implemented.

The voters' recommendations will be studied and compiled by the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies before being submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and resolution. For recommendations under the jurisdiction of the locality, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies will soon send documents to the competent local authorities for consideration and handling in order to ensure the rights of the people and businesses.
