At the meeting, the representative of the National Assembly Delegation of Hoa Binh province reported to voters about the expected content and program of the 5th Session and the results of the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of the province since the 4th Session until now.
Accordingly, implementing the 2023 law and ordinance making program of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee, the National Assembly Delegation of Hoa Binh province has actively carried out law making activities at the 2nd Extraordinary Session of the 15th National Assembly; coordinated in organizing activities to collect public opinions on the draft Land Law (amended); organized the consultation of relevant agencies and synthesized comments on 16 draft laws expected to be submitted to the National Assembly at the upcoming 5th Session.

Immediately after the end of the 4th Session, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to organize activities to meet voters; meet and inform the results of the 4th Session at the Provincial Retirement Club to report the results of the session and continue to receive opinions and recommendations from voters. Promoting the role and responsibility of delegates, the National Assembly Delegates in the Delegation actively participated in the supervisory activities of the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committees of which they are members; participated in the National Assembly's supervisory delegations, and the National Assembly's agencies on local supervision when invited.
Voters expressed their confidence in the activities of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Delegation of Hoa Binh province, raising many opinions, focusing on a number of contents: Health insurance regime for relatives of people with meritorious services; attention to ensuring regimes and policies for cadres in communes and wards in the district as well as part-time workers in villages and hamlets; policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, victims of Agent Orange...

Speaking at the meeting with voters, Standing member of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai discussed and clarified the opinions and recommendations of voters; stating that the National Assembly Delegation of Hoa Binh province will consider and forward to the Government and relevant agencies to consider amending documents and regulations related to policies for relatives of meritorious people. Regarding the issue of resolving difficulties in administrative procedures, in addition to procedures related to local authority, localities need to consider and proactively cut down when not necessary, the National Assembly Delegation of the province will also forward to central agencies for further consideration and resolution.
Regarding some incidents related to fire prevention and fighting; road vehicle inspection... The Standing Secretariat shared with voters when carrying out these procedures; at the same time, emphasizing that the authorities are making efforts and determination to eliminate negative factors, risks, and restore social order.
The Standing Secretariat affirmed that all issues raised by voters are practical issues that directly affect people's lives and are of close concern to officials, civil servants, public employees and workers in the area; at the same time, it is hoped that voters will also share the difficulties and challenges of the authorities in resolving related work.
