Cu Bu has a new suspension bridge

On May 13, VOV Tay Bac coordinated with the People's Committee of Song Ma district to organize the handover ceremony of the suspension bridge in Cu Bu village, Chieng Phung commune.

As a commune in region 3, Chieng Phung has 11 villages and nearly 1,300 households. Due to the fragmented terrain and many streams, people's travel is difficult. In April, VOV Tay Bac connected with philanthropists in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to sponsor the construction of a suspension bridge over Nam Va stream. The bridge is 34m long, 1.7m wide, with a total value of 210 million VND. After 1 month of construction, the bridge was completed and put into use, meeting the travel needs of people in the villages: Cu Bu, Co Khuong, Ban Cheo, Huoi Tu Hua Va.

The suspension bridge over Nam Va stream helps people travel conveniently.

On this occasion, the volunteer group gave 15 gifts to disadvantaged households in Chieng Phung commune.
